SITE UNDER CONSTRUCTION

Since its foundation in 1991, Eurometa SA has been a leader in the production of ferro-alloy briquettes for cast iron foundries.
It is run by a team of 6 dynamic women under the general and commercial direction of Marie-Hélène Reverdy.

The plant extends on a site of 19,000 sqmt in the heart of Savoy (France) and has a production capacity of 25 ton per hour.

The briquettes are produced with various materials (FeSi - SiC - FeMn - FeP - FeCr), in different dosages and forms (hexagonal, cylindrical and parallelepiped).
They are packed on pallets either in big bags and/or in bulk.

The factory plants are entirely automated.A high precision modulated vibropress controls the dosages and weight of the briquettes; a mixer connected to a computer stores all the production "recipes"; drying rooms are fitted with hot air fans to harden the briquettes (drying capacity = 500 tons). Briquettes of all types can be produced to meet the requirements of the steel and iron industry as well as other sectors.

Eurometa SA guarantees quick delivery within 24 or 48 hours (stock on hand = 2000 tons) either in full truck loads or small lots.

With the quality system ISO 9002, Eurometa SA ensures the reliability of its products with systematic controls of raw materials and finished products at every stage of production. Each delivery is accompanied by the analysis certificate issued by the French factory or by the Italian one, or carried out by certified external laboratories.

Moreover on the French market, the company also distributes the recarburizers and ferro-alloys produced and commercialized by Metalleghe SpA.
